Education:
Digital Signatures for Laerskool Muldersdrif
Laerskool Muldersdrif is a Model C school that reached out to Conclude to assist with the school digitising the new student enrollment application process and re-registrations of learners moving to the next grade.
The school’s main requirement was to enable parents to electronically complete, sign and submit all documentation in a way that is fully compliant with legislation.
Banking & Finance:
ABSA Bank
For example, Conclude has a long-standing relationship with ABSA, having served it in various projects for over a decade.
To clarify, these products and solutions include building the Signio VAF solution. As a result, ABSA was the first banking client, and supplying digital signature hardware, software and solutions.
Government:
SARS
Before implementing SARS e-filing, the tax filing system used paper forms that each taxpayer would print from an online document or collect from a SARS branch.
These forms were then completed by hand and returned to a SARS branch or submitted via fax.
Therefore, Conclude played a key role in the modernisation of SARS with the introduction of electronic forms and signatures.
Banking & Finance:
Vehicle and Asset Finance
The Vehicle and Asset Finance solution was implemented for several financial institutions, including (but not limited to) the “Big Four” in the South African banking sector. In fact, Conclude’s digital signatures and workflow formed the backbone of the Signio VAF solution, which digitised the process of purchasing a vehicle.
As a result, Signio VAF was the first solution of its kind in South Africa. It completely revolutionised how business was conducted in the motor industry.
